At Product Evolutions, we obsess over our products and constantly strive to make them amazing. And we stand behind them once they leave our doors. We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on everything we make. If there's something wrong with one of your products, we will do everything we can to make it right.
Lifetime Warranty Covers:
This product is warranted for the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This guarantee does not cover damage due to abuse, normal wear and/or neglect. If you think your product meets the above guarantee criteria, please follow the steps below for submitting a warranty request.
Step 1:
We need the following information:
- your full name
- your shipping address
- your phone number
- an explanation of the issue
- a photo of the issue
(Please include all information including the photo, within the body of your email and not as an attachment).

Make sure to include your name, address and phone number inside the package. In most cases warranty claims are processed within 2-3 weeks, but in rare instances may take up to 8 weeks depending on product availability.
Step 3:
Sit back and relax knowing that a real human will be getting back to you shortly. When you hear back from us, we may need some additional information or to see your product first-hand (if that's the case, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label). There's also a good chance you'll receive a message saying your replacement product is already on its way.
For all the lawyers out there, here's the official wording of our Lifetime Warranty in suitably fine print:
LIFETIME WARRANTY PRODUCT EVOLUTIONS, LLC
Product Evolutions, LLC stands behind its products. Our products are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship, for the lifetime of the product. We guarantee that all goods of Product Evolutions, LLC will function as represented, and we will, if the facts are reported to us, repair or replace a naturally damaged product.
To obtain the benefit of this warranty, deliver the complete product to Product Evolutions, 3911 Osage St, Denver CO 80211, Attention: Warranty Department. Product Evolutions, LLC cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. If Product Evolutions, LLC, in its discretion, determines from the written correspondence and/or from the actual returned product that the product failed to conform to the warranty, then it will either repair or replace the product at Product Evolutions, LLC option. If a warranted product is no longer sold by Product Evolutions, LLC, we may replace it with the closest, similar product of equal or lesser value.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, improper use, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
The lifetime warranty sets forth specific legal rights. The consumer may have other rights as a result of variations in state or federal law.
